Thanks for the support. I had someone tell me on one of my boards that we should do it anyway. Even if we had to scape by and worry if we were going to be able to make the payments, that we should do it because it would be good for us. She did it and her and her husband were just fine. That's the problem she didn't have kids at the time. It's a little harder to scrape by when you have others relying on you. And why do I want to buy a house if I'm not going to be able to enjoy it?
